awesome stay!

friendly staff great location

The staff was super friendly, i mean really helpful! i requested a microwave for my room and they brought it up super quick. the hotel's location rocks. Walgreens is just a short walk. there are many food choices close by!

convenient location clean room great customer service musty hallways stained shower curtain poor drainage

the location was super convenient for getting around (i walked almost everywhere!). the room was very clean, and the bathroom was super clean. there was also a guy at the front desk, i didn't catch his name, but his customer service was amazing.

the hallways smelled kind of musty and weren't air conditioned, noticeable. our shower curtain had some stains that looked like blood (yikes!). the shower also didn't drain super well.

friendly staff rooftop deck spacious room smelly carpets old factory steel mill

i found the staff always friendly. they went out of their way to ensure my stay was nice! the pool and rooftop deck were great assets. the room was clean and very spacious.

the carpets had a smell, especially in the hallways and elevators! i also noticed it in the rooms. entrance no. 3 looked like an old factory or steel mill. i think it should be cleaner though.
